I’ve proudly served as the Office Manager since 1995, bringing many years of experience supporting customers with their insurance options, including auto, home, and life coverage, at the Paul Middleton office in San Jose. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals and families from a wide range of backgrounds, and I enjoy helping make everyday insurance conversations feel approachable and easy to understand.
I live in San Jose, CA, where my family is an important part of my life. My husband and I have two wonderful boys who keep us busy, along with three playful cats who bring plenty of personality into our home. Spending time together and making lasting memories means a lot to me.
When I’m not at the office, I enjoy dancing—it’s a fun way for me to unwind and express myself. I’m also a self‐described fermented grapes connoisseur and love exploring different varieties and regions, especially when I get to share a good bottle with friends and family. I look forward to continuing my work at the Paul Middleton State Farm team while staying engaged with my family and personal interests. I have a variety of hobbies that keep me engaged, including swimming, reading, traveling, and fishing. Fishing, in particular, gives me time to relax and enjoy nature, especially around scenic lakes throughout Santa Clara County.
Family is very important to me, and I’m proud to be a grandmother of four amazing grandchildren who bring so much joy into my life. I’m also an avid volunteer at local schools in San Jose, where I enjoy supporting students and teachers and staying involved in the community.After initially retiring to spend more time with my grandchildren, I decided to return to the workforce once they were all in school. I’ve been providing customer support in the San Jose area since 1985 and currently serve as a Customer Service Representative at the Paul Middleton office. As a Bay Area native, I truly appreciate the community and enjoy working with individuals and small business owners throughout the area.
With over ten years of experience across multiple lines of insurance, including small business coverage, I enjoy helping customers review their options and feel comfortable with their coverage decisions. I take pride in being a consistent point of contact for people who value clear communication and dependable service.Outside of work, sports are a big part of my life, and I enjoy following local hockey, football, and baseball teams. I also love reading and shopping in my free time. Most of all, I cherish spending time with my family—especially my four children and my 11 grandchildren, who keep life full and entertaining. I’ve worked in the insurance industry throughout Silicon Valley since 1985 and currently serve as a Customer Service Representative at the Paul Middleton office in San Jose. Over the years, I’ve gained broad experience supporting customers with business insurance and workers’ compensation needs, and I enjoy being part of a team that focuses on clear, dependable service.
I’m an avid world traveler and love experiencing new cultures and destinations whenever I can. Animals are another passion of mine, and I’m an active member of the American Maltese Association, as well as a volunteer at a local Conservation Center for Wildlife Care. I also enjoy role‐playing games, which let me flex my creative and strategic side in my downtime.
Sports are another interest of mine, and I enjoy following San Francisco and San Jose teams. In addition, I hold a majority membership in the International Order of Job’s Daughters, an organization that has been an important part of my life for many years.
